Proper attire is required, and smoking during sessions is strictly prohibited. All lessons must be held on the platform, and any technical issue must be followed by a make-up class. Sharing personal contact details or holding private classes outside the platform is not allowed.

Tutors must attend on time and stay for the entire class duration. Unjustified absences, late arrivals, or leaving early result in penalties. If students request a class cancellation, tutors must respond within 24 hours. Otherwise, the class will be canceled automatically. In group classes, even if students are absent, the tutor must still run the session.

Tutors may withdraw funds twice a month, up to 90% of their balance. Payouts take 2–10 business days. All payments must be processed through the platform. Direct payments or sharing bank details with students are strictly forbidden. Commission fees vary based on performance, starting at 30%. Tutors may adjust class prices every 30 days within limits.

Tutors must provide accurate personal and academic information. Creating multiple accounts or providing false data will lead to account suspension and possible legal action. Tutors must update their teaching calendar regularly and are not allowed to share contact info in their profile or intro video. Account login details must remain private.

Students must attend in a quiet, well-lit place and preferably use a computer for better visibility. Adding extra participants to private classes is not allowed, and doing so cancels the session without refund. Students must behave respectfully, dress appropriately, and avoid recording lessons without permission. Any violation may result in suspension.

Students must join on time; late arrivals or absences forfeit the session fee. If a tutor is late, students may report the absence. In group classes, lessons begin once the first student joins. Students may cancel based on the tutor’s chosen policy (flexible or strict), with penalties varying depending on the time left before class.

Purchased sessions must be scheduled within 3 months, or they will be converted to wallet credit. Refund requests are processed within 30 days and only to the student’s registered bank account.

Students must use respectful language and maintain professional communication with tutors. Sharing false information, creating multiple accounts, or using inappropriate profile photos will result in suspension. All classes may be monitored for quality, and students must report any issues to support instead of confronting tutors directly.
